One nervous system for a smart home

A no-touch wall display, a voice assistant ('Kazzak'), and a dozen live data layers on one shared spine. Home Assistant is the brain; a hand-built SPA is the face; a small ESPHome satellite gives it ears and a mouth. A context engine picks the scene from fused sensors; a self-building AI pipeline paints contextual hero art across every screen; and feeds for Man Utd / EPL / World Cup football, weather + radar, the LSN newsroom (with an on-screen police chase), home health, and now-playing all ride one seam — so a new surface is a thin subscriber, not a rebuild.

A gravity-fed rainwater capture system for a 3rd-floor deck: a 3D-printed diverter cuts into the downspout, feeds a sealed barrel, and returns overflow back down the spout. An interactive field guide maps the connection chain, parts, gravity stack, and the pumped split out to drip irrigation and a manual hose.

First room of the Condo Reno: a 48″×44″ hall closet sharing space with an A/C air handler. LiDAR-scanned, modeled photoreal in Blender with a vertex-level clearance audit gating every render, reviewed by a creative director, and translated into an exact IKEA BOAXEL cart (anthracite + oak effect) with an AI shopping-agent prompt.
